FA CUP NIGHT – SOCIAL NIGHT
Junior Girls & Womens
According to Football West records Melville is not only the largest club in WA but is also the fastest growing club for Junior girls in the State.
The Junior girls/Ladies side of the club has been headed up by Jonny Gibson since 2006. Jonny has also coached since 2005 and in 4 seasons (2007 – 2010) won an unprecedented 11 out of 12 trophies in girls Junior football.
Melville is represented in all age groups in Junior girls and the push is now on to gain promotion to Ladies Premier is season 2012. Melville is widely recognised as the most progressive club for Junior girls in the State which is evidenced by the fact that in season 2011 80% of the girls in the G11 / G12 Football West HPC state academy were from Melville.
Five Melville girls were also part of the G13/G14 Football West State Academy. As part of the ongoing relationship with major sponsors Rob and Janine Waltman from the Sink Warehouse Melville, our girls support the Kick Pink Breast cancer campaign and will continue to wear their distinctive pink strip in season 2012.

These are both outstanding achievements which demonstrate that Melville City FC is the home of girls football in the state! This web page is the home of Melville City's prestigious female league. The club's traditionally strongest arm where teams and players excel at all levels of the sport, starting with U13s.
